Order Information
Free delivery in South Rogaland (Stavanger, Sandnes, Randaberg, Sola, Jæren and Dalane). Delivery will be scheduled based on your location and desired time of day. We will get back to you with a time and date. You must be available at the place of delivery as this is fresh meat. Delivery will be between the end of August and the beginning of September.
The meat is delivered fresh and divided. Each half pig will be put into two boxes at around 15-30 kg.
The meat is reserved after we receive the payment of the deposit of kr 1 000. The remaining amount is to be paid on delivery as the price is based on the weight of the delivered meat. We take cash and card (debit card, no credit cards).
We expect the following weights:
1/2 pig = 36-44 kg
1 pig = 72-88 kg
Each half pig is divided into:
Ham : 5 roasts with bone
Breast : 3 roasts with bone
Loin and neck : chops
Side : whole, with bones
Whole tenderloin, knuckles intersected with 2 incision.
